Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Luminas and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Luminas and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall, or tap your avatar to open Settings, then go to Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. This will sync any active subscription with your Apple ID.
Why is my birth chart different from other apps?
Luminas uses precise astronomical calculations for planetary positions. Small differences can arise from the house system used (Luminas supports Whole Sign and Equal houses) or the exactness of your birth time. For the most accurate chart, enter your birth time as precisely as possible.
How do I delete my account?
In Luminas, tap your avatar to open Settings, then go to Data & Export and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our systems, including your profile, journal entries, mood logs, chart data, and Connections. This action cannot be undone — you can export your journal as JSON or Markdown from the same screen first.
I'm not receiving push notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for Luminas in your iPhone's Settings > Notifications > Luminas. In the app, tap your avatar to open Settings, then check that notifications are turned on under Notifications.
